Where can I find product sizing information?Product sizing varies between styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat. we do make customised order as per your body measurment. meesu customers just need to email your size guideline.

I've received an error message saying 'Product is Not Available in my Country.' Can I still Buy From Meesu?Yes! If you receive this error message when you try to place items in your shopping basket you can still buy from the meesu portal. How long will it take me to get my order?meesu make products after receipt of payment. every products are ready to made. usually we take two to three weeks to make any customised crochet designed dress, accessories or bag. another one week to delivered via our standard shipping method. Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method ("standard" at checkout) for bulk and wholesale deliveries we take minimum 7 to 8 weeks ex-factory.

How much duties and taxes do i have to pay?From 1st January 2021, all purchases made from a customer based within the EU & USA will be subject to customs duty, import VAT and local sales taxes on arrival in the destination country and in order to release your order from customs. In addition to this if you are a UK and EU customer buying from Meesu based outside of the UK and EU your purchase will also be subject to customs duty, import VAT and any handling fees levied by the delivery carrier which will need to be paid by you, the buyer, before your purchase is released for delivery. The delivery company or courier responsible for delivering your order will notify you of the costs prior to delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer (importer) to pay for any additional Customs Duty or Import VAT due. It is the responsibility of the seller to provide accurate details of the product being sent for duty and tax calculation purposes. Can I Choose the currency that I Pay in ?All prices displayed on the website are show in Sterling (GBP), USD, EURO & INR and this is the default currency whereby payment is debited from your credit/debit card. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Can I cancel or change my order?meesu india private limited make every customised products after the confirmation of customer. we really don't want to feel embaress meesu rural women, who working hard to deliver quality based products. for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. we do take care of our customer so we offer alteration and repair without any cost.

How do I take care of meesu woolen and cotton fabric?Cashmere: Check the care label before laundering cashmere. To hand-wash, use a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the water through the garment, then rinse until the water runs clear. Do not wring or twist. Squeeze out excess water. To dry, lay flat on a towel, away from sunlight or heat. Wool knit: Typically, wool knits need to be dry-cleaned, but check the label. If hand-washable, use cool water and a detergent for fine washables. Squeeze out excess water, then reshape and dry flat. Cotton: Cotton holds up well to home laundering. Remove the garment from the dryer promptly to reduce wrinkling. Press using spray starch for the crispness of a laundered shirt.
